Fresh Herbs and Leafy Vegetables Supply in International City & Warsan
International City is laid out in country-themed clusters, with Dragon Mart at one end and Warsan beside it. The area is known for its many Chinese restaurants, alongside Filipino, Vietnamese, Nepali, Bangladeshi and Pakistani eateries and grocery shops that serve the many residents living in the clusters.
Chinese kitchens here cook pak choy and water spinach with garlic, add spring onion to almost everything, and simmer white radish in soups and braises. Filipino and Vietnamese kitchens want kangkong; Bangladeshi groceries stock puisak and lal shak. Traders buy in volume to resell to smaller shops and restaurants, so for them consistency and a farm-direct price decide whether the deal works.

Problems We Solve for International City & Warsan Kitchens
- Soft Asian greens wilting before they are sold. Kangkong and puisak lose condition quickly. Harvesting them in Nazwa on the morning of supply gives restaurants and resellers more usable life.
- Imported stock with uneven quality. We are a grower, not an importer. Growing our own pechai, con cong and puisak keeps cut and bundle size consistent.
- Margins too thin for resale. Traders need room between their buying and selling price. Buying straight from the farm removes the middleman layer.
- Specialty greens that are hard to source together. With 22+ varieties, Chinese, Filipino and Bengali greens can come in a single order.

Cost of Wholesale Herbs in International City & Warsan
Wholesale prices for International City buyers depend on:
- Variety: Asian greens such as pechai, con cong and puisak are priced separately from common herbs.
- Volume: herbs are sold in bundles, packed in boxes of about 60 bundles; traders usually buy by the box.
- Frequency: regular schedules are planned into the harvest.
- Season: heat-loving greens such as kangkong and puisak and cool-season greens such as mustard peak at different times of year.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply Chinese restaurants in International City?
Yes. Chinese restaurants in International City and near Dragon Mart order pechai, con cong, spring onion and white radish from us. All are soil-grown on our farm in Nazwa and harvested on the morning of supply. Send your list on WhatsApp to confirm a schedule.
Can traders in Warsan buy greens wholesale for resale?
Yes. We supply traders as well as restaurants and groceries. Herbs are sold in bundles packed in boxes of about 60 bundles. Send your list and quantities on WhatsApp; we confirm the schedule the same day, and farm pickup in Sharjah is available daily for traders with their own vans.
How should kangkong and puisak be handled after delivery?
Both are soft, water-rich leaves. Keep them cool and shaded, avoid stacking heavy boxes on top, and sell or cook them quickly. Some grocers stand kangkong upright with stems lightly misted. Remove any yellowing leaves daily so they do not spoil the rest.
Is there a difference between pechai and Chinese cabbage?
Yes. Pechai, also known as pak choy or bok choy, has loose dark-green leaves on thick white or pale-green stems. Chinese cabbage, or napa, forms a tight, elongated head with crinkled pale leaves. We grow pechai, which is used in stir-fries, soups and Filipino dishes.
